Moving Tips & Advice

• Clothing only may be left in dresser drawers. All other drawers, shelves and cabinet contents should be packed in boxes.
• Clearly mark all box destinations.
• The more organized and prepared you are, the more efficiently and quickly we can complete your move.
• Plants, lamps, pictures, electronics and other fragile items must be carefully packaged for safe handling. Many customers prefer to transport them in their car.
• We are available for expert packing service with prior notification.
• Some appliances need attention prior to moving. Check with your service man.
• Beds and dresser mirrors will be disassembled and then reassembled at the new house.
• Confirm utility changeover appointments a second time, a week or two before your move.
